What We’re Looking For
At TES, we welcome women creators of all ages, sizes, nationalities, and backgrounds, no matter your follower count. To ensure our community thrives and maintains a high standard, applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. Content Quality & Activity
- Consistently create high-quality videos — sharp, clear, and engaging.
- Actively post Instagram Reels, Youtube, and TikToks (not just static photos).
- Maintain an active online presence and upload content regularly.
- Be consistent — we’re looking for creators who show up and grow with their audience.
2. Content Niches
We focus on lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and travel. Applicants must be actively creating within at least one of these categories.
3. Location Requirements
Because TES also hosts in-person events, we ask that you live in or near the following areas:
- New York City & Surrounding States: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania.
- Los Angeles & Surrounding Areas: California-based creators, especially those within driving distance of LA, are preferred.
