Partnerships & Contracts (TESPP + Community)

- Explain Exclusive (TESPP) vs Non-Exclusive (Community).
- Apply commissions: 20% exclusive, 15% non-exclusive.
- Payment flow: Brand → TES → Creator. TES takes commission and pays the creator. No tax withholding — creators are contractors.
- Invoices: always required after rate confirmation and before content delivery. TES mainly uses PayPal.
- Questions about the TES Community → forward to connect@tescreators.com.
- Your weekly outreach goal: 15 creators (outside NY, NJ, PA, CT, CA) for TESPP.
TES supports creators with:
- Paid brand collaborations and negotiation support.
- Proactive outreach to brands on a creator’s behalf.
- Event notifications and opportunities near the creator’s location.
- PR opportunities, coaching, and partnership guidance.
- Email identity (
@tescreators.com) for exclusive (TESPP) creators.
When explaining TES, anchor benefits to outcomes: income, exposure, time-savings, and professional appearance.
