📘 Learn — How TES Handles Invoicing

At TES, we (the agency) invoice the brand for the total collaboration amount once a rate is confirmed. Invoices are sent from talents@tescreators.com or, for exclusive creators, from their @tescreators.com inbox.

  • Invoice shows: Brand total, TES commission (20% exclusive / 15% non-exclusive), and creator payout (total − commission).
  • Payment flow: Brand → TES → Creator (net of commission). TES does not withhold taxes.
  • After signing (exclusive): You’ll trigger the email setup via info@tescreators.com and start managing the creator’s new inbox daily for opportunities.

📗 Learn — When & Why We Send Invoices

TES sends the invoice after the rate is confirmed and before content delivery. The invoice is a formal request for the brand to pay the full collaboration amount to TES.

The invoice clarifies: who pays (brand to TES), what for (scope/deliverables), how much (brand total), and commission math (TES commission & creator payout).

🪜 Task — Quick Check

Choose the two correct statements:

Invoice is sent by TES to the brand
Invoice is sent by the creator to TES
Invoice includes commission & creator payout
Invoice is sent only after content posts

Hint: Who is billing whom? And what math must be clear?
