Notion CRM โ TESPP Brand & Creator Outreach
This module teaches how to navigate TESPPโs Notion CRM workspace. Youโll see real interface examples and learn what each view does before testing your knowledge with interactive tasks.
- Understand Dashboard, Master CRM, Follow-Up, Contracts, Finance, Weekly Summary, Internal Notes and Email Templates views.
- Follow step-by-step mock-ups that mirror live Notion pages.
- Play three mini-games to reinforce core concepts.
The Dashboard is your home base โ it summarizes brand outreach activity pulled from the Master CRM. Each number helps you see progress at a glance.
Use this page to check totals for brands contacted, replies received, and contracts signed. It updates automatically as you log data in the CRM.
Which three metrics belong on the Dashboard?
The Master CRM is where every brand and creator record lives. Each row shows key details used by other views.
Fields include Name, Type (brand or creator), Status, and Contact Person. These columns feed into dashboards and reports.
Select all columns that must be present in the Master CRM.
The Follow-Up view shows who youโve contacted and who has replied โ so no brand falls through the cracks.
Only contacts marked as Contacted or Replied should appear here. Update weekly to keep communication fresh.
Which two statuses should show in the Follow-Up view?
This view stores all signed and pending agreements between brands and creators with their key details.
Each record includes Brand, Creator, Contract Type, Commission Type, Invoice status and Signed Date for easy reference.
Select all columns used in the Contracts Tracker.
The Finance view automatically calculates TES commission and creator payout from each brand payment. Itโs essential for accurate invoicing.
Always double-check numbers before sending invoices from the talents@tescreators.com inbox.
Enter a payment and commission type to see the TES and creator split.
| Brand Payment | โ |
