TES | Community Agreement

Before joining, it’s important that all members understand and agree to the following expectations. By joining, you agree to actively participate in the group. Failure to do so may result in removal. This helps us keep the space supportive, collaborative, and engaging for everyone. What Participation Means: Stay active in the group chat—engage, respond, support others, and be part of the conversation. Share valuable opportunities with the group. If you have access to brand contacts, PR lists, collaboration emails, or event opportunities in NYC or the Tri-State Area, we expect you to share them with the group. Events & In-Person Participation: If you commit to events and consistently not show up more than three times without notice, you may be removed from the community. Inclusivity & Respect Policy: TES is a safe, diverse, and supportive community for all women—regardless of race, ethnicity, background, or age. We welcome every woman who aligns with our mission of growth, collaboration, and empowerment. Zero tolerance for bullying, discrimination, gossip, or disrespect of any kind. Final Step: By joining Empowerment Space, you agree to actively participate in group chats, collaborations, and community events, share opportunities when possible, and treat all members with respect. Failure to uphold these expectations may result in removal from the group.
